1. Our Services
InfluencerBrand provides done-for-you eCommerce store development and related services for influencers, content creators, businesses, and other clients.
Depending on the selected package or agreed project scope, services may include:
- Shopify store development
- WordPress and WooCommerce store development
- Niche and product research
- Supplier research and setup
- Product listing and store configuration
- Logo and branding development
- Product descriptions and website copy
- Payment gateway configuration
- Social media integrations
- Basic SEO-friendly setup
- Launch preparation
- Post-launch technical support
The exact services included in your project will depend on the plan, proposal, order, or written scope agreed upon before or during the project.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase our services.
If you purchase services on behalf of a company, brand, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf.
3. Project Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required to complete their project.
This may include:
- Brand or creator information
- Niche preferences
- Store requirements
- Product preferences
- Logo or branding preferences
- Domain or hosting information
- Platform credentials
- Payment gateway information
- Content, images, or other materials
Delays in providing required information, approvals, credentials, or feedback may extend the project delivery timeline.
4. Project Delivery
Our standard store projects may generally be completed within the delivery timeframe stated on our website, selected package, or project agreement.
Any delivery period is based on reasonable estimates and assumes that the client provides required information, feedback, and approvals without unreasonable delay.
Project timelines may be affected by:
- Client response times
- Scope changes
- Third-party platform issues
- Supplier availability
- Payment gateway approval
- Domain or hosting issues
- Additional customization requests
- Technical circumstances outside our reasonable control
Where a material delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the client.
5. Pricing and Payments
Current package prices are displayed on our website or provided through a custom quotation.
Unless otherwise stated, store-building package prices are one-time service fees.
Clients are responsible for any additional third-party costs that are not expressly included in their selected package, including applicable:
- Shopify subscription fees
- Hosting fees
- Premium plugins or applications
- Premium themes
- Payment processing fees
- Supplier charges
- Advertising expenses
- Renewal fees
- Other third-party services
A project may not begin until the required payment or agreed initial payment has been received.
Prices and package features may be changed for future purchases. Changes will not retroactively alter an already accepted and paid project scope unless both parties agree otherwise.
6. Revisions
Where a package includes unlimited revisions before launch, we will provide reasonable revisions until the agreed store design and included deliverables are finalized.
Unlimited revisions apply only to work within the original project scope.
They do not include unlimited:
- New pages
- New features or functionality
- Complete redesigns after prior approval
- Platform changes
- Niche changes
- Additional stores
- Additional products beyond the agreed quantity
- Custom development not included in the selected package
Requests outside the original scope may require additional fees and delivery time.
7. Client Approval
Clients are responsible for reviewing the store and project deliverables before final approval or launch.
You should verify important information including:
- Product information
- Prices
- Supplier details
- Payment settings
- Shipping settings
- Store policies
- Contact information
- Branding
- Links
- Product claims
- Tax settings
- Legal or regulatory requirements applicable to your business
Approval of a project indicates that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable deliverables, subject to any included post-launch technical support.
8. Product and Supplier Research
Product and supplier research is provided to assist clients in launching their stores.
We do not guarantee that a particular product will generate sales, remain profitable, continue to trend, or remain available.
Third-party suppliers operate independently from InfluencerBrand. We do not control their:
- Product quality
- Inventory
- Pricing
- Shipping times
- Fulfillment
- Refund policies
- Customer service
- Business operations
The client remains responsible for selecting, approving, and maintaining relationships with suppliers used in their store.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Projects may rely on third-party platforms or services such as Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, payment processors, hosting providers, plugins, applications, social media platforms, domain providers, or supplier platforms.
These companies operate independently and may change their pricing, features, policies, availability, or technical requirements at any time.
InfluencerBrand is not responsible for third-party outages, suspensions, account closures, payment holds, policy changes, service interruptions, or other actions outside our reasonable control.
Clients are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of the platforms they use.
10. Domains, Hosting, Apps, and Renewals
Where domain connection, hosting setup, applications, or other third-party services are included as part of a package, the exact inclusion will be based on the selected plan or written project agreement.
Clients remain responsible for future subscription charges, renewals, upgrades, and third-party fees unless otherwise expressly agreed.
11. Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of original materials they provide to us, including their own trademarks, logos, photographs, videos, written content, and other intellectual property.
After full payment, the client may use the original custom deliverables specifically created for their completed project, subject to any applicable third-party licenses.
Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock assets, applications, software, platform components, or other licensed materials remain subject to their respective owners’ licenses and terms.
Clients must ensure that materials they provide to InfluencerBrand do not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights.
12. Portfolio Use
Unless confidentiality has been specifically agreed in writing, we may display non-confidential portions of completed work, such as store designs or branding examples, in our portfolio, website, proposals, or marketing materials.
We will not intentionally publish sensitive account credentials, private business information, or confidential project data.
13. Marketing and Earnings Disclaimer
InfluencerBrand does not guarantee:
- Sales
- Revenue
- Profit
- Store traffic
- Search engine rankings
- Conversion rates
- Social media growth
- Advertising performance
- Product success
Business results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including audience engagement, product demand, marketing activity, competition, pricing, supplier performance, market conditions, and client execution.
Examples, testimonials, portfolio projects, or sample stores are not guarantees of future results.
14. Creator and Influencer Responsibilities
Clients who promote products through social media, influencer marketing, affiliate relationships, sponsorships, or other promotional arrangements are responsible for complying with applicable advertising and disclosure requirements.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that product claims, endorsements, testimonials, sponsored content, and promotional statements used in connection with their store are truthful and legally compliant.
15. Legal and Policy Content
If website policies, disclaimers, terms, privacy pages, or similar content are included in a store-building package, such materials are provided as general templates and starting points.
They do not constitute legal advice and cannot guarantee compliance with every law, regulation, jurisdiction, product category, or business model.
Clients are responsible for having their legal documents reviewed by an appropriately qualified professional where necessary.
16. Post-Launch Support
Where included in the selected package, InfluencerBrand may provide technical support for up to 60 days after launch.
Post-launch support is generally intended for technical issues related to the work originally delivered by us.
Unless specifically included, post-launch support does not cover:
- New features
- Major redesigns
- Additional products or pages
- Ongoing store management
- Marketing campaigns
- Supplier disputes
- Third-party platform outages
- Problems caused by client modifications
- Problems caused by third-party apps or plugins
- Third-party subscription or renewal costs
Additional work may be quoted separately.
17. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations, refunds, and payment-related matters are governed by our applicable Return & Refund Policy and any specific written agreement made for the project.
Because our services involve customized digital work, research, design, development, and other project-specific resources, refund eligibility may depend on the stage of the project and work already completed.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
18. Acceptable Use
You may not use our website or services to:
- Violate applicable laws
- Sell prohibited or unlawful products
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Commit fraud or deception
- Distribute malware or malicious software
- Misuse third-party platforms
- Impersonate another person or business
- Engage in activities that could reasonably harm InfluencerBrand, our systems, or others
We may refuse or discontinue a project where we reasonably believe the requested activity is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or violates applicable third-party policies.
19. Website Availability

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue website features when reasonably necessary.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InfluencerBrand will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from:
- Loss of sales or profits
- Supplier issues
- Third-party service failures
- Platform suspensions
- Advertising performance
- Changes in algorithms or policies
- Client modifications
- Market conditions
- Unauthorized access resulting from client credential handling
- Decisions made based on product or niche research
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your unlawful use of our services, materials you provide to us, products you sell, infringement of third-party rights, or violation of applicable laws or platform policies.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, website, business practices, or legal requirements.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Changes will apply from the effective date stated in the updated Terms and will not unfairly alter completed contractual obligations.
23. Severability

These Terms, together with any applicable order, proposal, project scope, Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Delivery Policy, and other policies referenced on our website, form the agreement governing your use of our services unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
